What's inside

Everything a clinic does between "come in" and "see you next week".

Patients

Search by name, phone or patient code. Every patient gets a numbered code (like ABC-000123) with allergies, blood group and the full visit history on one page.

Visits and payments

Note the diagnosis, the services given and the follow-up date. Take one payment or many, in Cash, UPI, Card or Bank transfer. Each visit shows Unpaid, Partly paid or Paid, so dues never slip.

Calendar

Day and week view with a column for every doctor. A doctor or a patient can't be booked twice for the same time. Mark a patient seen and the visit form opens.

Doctors and services

Add your doctors, set their slot length and order. Add your own services and fees under Consultation, Diagnostic, Procedure, Vaccination and more.

Stock

Medicines, consumables and equipment with reorder levels and expiry dates. Every in and out is logged, so the count always adds up.

Analytics

Billed against collected, month by month. Income by service type, how often patients come back, and your most regular patients.

Front-desk logins

Your reception team gets its own logins for bookings, patients and visits. Income figures, settings and removing a visit or payment stay with the owner.

Clinic website

Your own site that always shows your current doctors, services and timings, with a booking form that opens a ready-made WhatsApp message to your desk.

More than one branch

One patient list across branches, doctors linked to the branches they sit at, and stock counted per branch. The desk sees its own branch; the owner sees one or all.

One patient, start to finish.

    A call or a WhatsApp from your website. The desk puts it in the doctor's column. Clashes are refused.

    Reminded

    One tap opens a WhatsApp reminder to the patient with the date and time filled in.

  3. 03

    Seen

    Mark seen and the visit form opens with the patient and doctor already chosen.

  4. 04

    Paid

    Collect now, collect part, or collect later. The balance stays on the visit until it's cleared.

    Back next week

    The follow-up date is saved with the visit, and the history is there when they return.

    Your own address

    Each clinic signs in at its own address. A login only works at the clinic it belongs to.

    Walled off at the database

    Every record carries your clinic, and every lookup is limited to it. Links across clinics are refused by the database itself.

    Nothing is hard-deleted

    Patients, visits and doctors are retired, not erased. Stock moves and admin changes keep a trail.

    Encrypted in transit

    Served over HTTPS only, with passwords stored as one-way hashes.

    Do I need to install anything?

    No. Visit Craft runs in the browser on the desk computer, a laptop or a phone. Open your clinic's address and sign in.

    What does it cost?

    It depends on the extras you switch on. Send your setup from the form above, or message us, and you'll get a monthly price for your clinic.

    Can my receptionist see our income?

    No. Front-desk logins handle bookings, patients and visits. Analytics, team logins, clinic settings and removing a visit or payment are for the owner only.

    We're a dental clinic. Will it fit?

    Yes. There is no fixed list of treatments. You add your own services and fees, and your own stock items.

    Can I add features later, or switch them off?

    Yes. Extras like the clinic website or branches can be switched on or off for your clinic at any time. Your records stay as they are.

    We have two branches. One account or two?

    One. With the branches extra, patients are shared, doctors are linked to their branches, and stock is counted per branch. The owner can look at one branch or all of them together.
